We are extremely happy with our Pella windows. We've used Pella windows on multiple projects and love the look of the wood interior (pine shown) and metal cladding exterior. We installed about 50 of the Pella windows and sliding doors on 3 projects, as well as several large 10ft tall x 12ft wide multi-slide doors. Everything arriveed as expected every time. The products are great and the support from Kelly Hicks and the Rohnert Park team is even greater. We received quotes from multiple suppliers, but it was Kelly's attention to detail and outstanding communication that won them the job.

One afternoon, upon returning from Golden State Doors in Santa Rosa, I suggested we stop at the Pella Store to inquire about their products. That is when we met Kelly Hicks.
We found Kelly to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She definitely knew the product (and the door business) and she was the person we were looking for. We shopped carefully for the windows for our new home knowing they would be an important design element. Jason and Allyssa worked with us for several months getting every single window just right! Before finalizing the order Jason spent 4 hours with us going over each window and showing us showroom samples of the styles we would be using - this was really helpful as the beautiful wooden windows and sliding doors had some unique features. We also chose our front door from Pella, and we love it. All in all good service, good products, oh - and everything was delivered on time!

Kelly with Pella Doors & Windows of Northern California was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable in helping us change out our front windows. We purchased a home that had cheap, vinyl windows in our living room. While they 'did the job' we weren't happy with them for both appearance and function. We went with new double casement windows from Pella and we're thrilled how they turned out. The new windows compliment the style of our house inside and out, we love the integrated roll screen and we appreciate the increased air flow. Just want to mention what a good experience we had with our Sales Representative Kelly Hicks. Kelly took the time to explain the difference between our choices for our new Pella sliding door. Kelly took the time to come over to our house just to make sure the color we chose didn't clash with our flooring. My husband and I had Pella install 2 sets of French Doors in our home. From first to last, the project was first rate. We first contacted Andrea Heggelund who provided us with everything we needed to complete the project by giving us all the information on the Pella products, connecting us with the Pella Installer, Jon Koski at Restoration Builders, and the necessary quotes. She was on hand with the installer to do all the measurements, gave us advice and measure the doors. During the project, Andrea was always available to troubleshoot. Even after the project, when we needed recommendations for vendors to finish the project for railings and blinds, Andrea provided helpful suggestions. We were so pleased with the project that we've contacted Andrea to install Pella windows in the rest of our house.
