I am so glad I found this shop. The owner was professional and so very easy to communicate with. When I tell he was fast with service and fixing the problem. I reached out to him about our issue and with 5 hours maybe even less, we had the computer to him, he fixed and returned it right back to us. Very pleasant and the way all customer service experiences should be. No price gouging, no speaking above our heads, he went right to the source of the issue and fixed it. We will definitely share of experience and refer others to him, but continue to come back to him for furure services. A place of business that finally works with the customer. Local, fast, responsive, professional all hallmarks of superior service when you need it the most! Thank you, repeat customers for sure!

Mauricio is a Industry Expert. Excellent pricing, excellent trouble shooting skills along with excellent communication skills. Treats you like family. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Even made a follow up call to me wanting to know how machine was performing. Replaced hard drive, recovered data (payroll data) and delivered a perfectly working machine back to me in 4 hours. This gentleman is a angel sent from heaven. I recently bought a used laptop from Facebook Marketplace, and although it ran smoothly, I continued to have battery issues, needing to keep it constantly plugged in. I reached out to see if I could get an estimate for repairs, and he asked me to explain the issue. After listening, he diagnosed it as needing a battery replacement.

Admittedly, I was hesitant at first due to some mixed reviews I’d seen online, but he reassured me he could handle the job. After a couple of days, I decided to take a leap of faith and brought in my laptop. Not only did he replace the battery, but he also discovered the wrong cable had been installed previously. He provided a new cable, offered me a discount, kept me updated throughout the process, and ultimately fixed the issue completely.

Now my laptop runs perfectly, and I finally have reliable battery life. This experience has made him the only person I trust to handle my laptop repairs. Highly recommended!
