I worked with Alex from PC Richards to help purchase all my kitchen appliances. I’ll be honest, I walked in knowing absolutely nothing and was picking random appliances to put into my newly renovated kitchen. After he showed me around and educated me on each appliance I was picking, we were able to come up with a better plan for what my lifestyle in the kitchen entailed. Instead of now purchasing random appliances, I was able to buy a more cohesive and practical brand. I am truly excited for everything to be delivered. He answered every single question and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend every single time!!

Let me first start off by saying that I am a single mom and I clearly have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to certain things, I ended up going to PC Richards, where I came across the most amazing salesman with such great attitude and amazing knowledge on the products that I was looking for. His name was Danny and I would refer him to anybody as he was absolutely so helpful purchase over the range microwave Which was LG and helped me understand the quality and what I was purchasing. I would buy fire. Tell anybody go to North Haven, PC Richards and deal with Danny as he’s the best sales person I’ve ever met. Great attitude and clearly knew what he was talking about. I ended up purchasing a couple things all LG and I really walked out very happy knowing that the money I worked so hard for I was getting such wonderful items for my home. He truly made PC Richards a great experience and I would refer anybody to North Haven and especially to Danny! Thank you so much, Danny if you read this for all your help and for helping me order and get my items exactly what I wanted. Cannot say great things about him or this company. Thanks again.

Visited North Haven store and my partner and I were assisted by Elvin whom was very friendly from the moment we walked in to the store. Elvin made our visit Pleasant as I didn’t feel pressured. After a complete renovation of my home Irvin was super easy to work with and great! I came in with a plan of which appliances I wanted & within 30 minutes I was all set up with delivery.
