I have another most satisfied result from PC House Inc., this is third time I visited them, I could not get my HP Pavillion laptop to work after downloading updated day before yesterday, it could get power on but the screen went black, I had used finger to power off and power on numerous times, trying to reset the system without success, I finally brought it in to see "John" the trustworthy in house tech, he tried to fix it for about 10 minutes, he then asked me to give him more times to work on it, either to bring it back to the original condition or remove the corrupted program and give me a brand new computer......4 hours later I picked up my laptop with new platform and two working browsers and with the price quoted to me from the beginning.....
I would definitely recommend PC house to everyone who has problem with the computers.

Excellent computer sales/repair shop. Fast turnaround and very fair pricing. This is the third shop I've used and by far the most competent and patient. They are now my go-to shop with all my computer needs.

Showed up here at 10:00 when the store is supposed to open, waited for 20 mins assuming someone was running late but ended up leaving after waiting 20 mins . I understand if something extreme happened but unfortunately lost a customer by just simply not being open during their posted hours .

The people at PC House were fabulous! They were very professional and knowledgeable, they gave me great advice on how to repair and upgrade my laptop. The money they saved me on repairs means that I can afford a couple more car payments thanks to them! Turnover time was quicker than I expected.

Had an issue with my computer after trying to install a new processor. They fixed my problem and installed my new processor in less than an hour. Prices were exceptionally reasonable and their customer service was polite and informative the entire way through. I will definitely be returning here for any of my PC needs.

Talk about courteous and competent service! These guys know their craft. I love doing business with companies who have true integrity and actually care about the people who they are providing a service. My screen on my laptop was showing pink. I was told my computer should be ready within 3-4 days. It received a call the next day advising my computer was ready for pickup. Not only did they fix the screen they repaired some other things on my computer that needed attention with no additional charge. I am well pleased.

Both gentlemen were polite and very helpful. I had already been told by another place that my RAM memory couldn't be upgraded. But found here on Google and they were able to solve it in under half an hour! Absolutely amazing!
