There closing there business, I'm not surprised.

If your the new owners? I Sincerely Hope you do a much better job than the old owners. You're problem Will be proving yourself to your new customers. And my problems are with the people that left me unable to get some documents forwarded and cost me some money and serious problem !!

Totally incompetent. Amazon posted that my package had been delivered. When I got there she said the package did not fit in the vehicle they use to get packages that have only made it to the USPS. Later she said she could not lift it and her coworker was out today. She said it weighed 75 pounds but the manufacturer says 26. Apparently the owner of this business does not pay enough to hire and keep laborers that will do their job. I’ll be looking for some other place to have packages delivered, any other place.

Parker Mail & Parcel is a small facility and appears to be the only one in Parker that offers an array of mail, copying and postal box services needed by residents and snow birds.

Two females were working the counter which I found to be welcoming and worked as fast as possible to provide customer service and clear the small service area of customers, who kept arriving.

During my visit, the place was crowded and few customers were wearing masks. However, I was concerned about the two employees who were not wearing masks.

Although, I have had both of my shots and plan to take my booster in November, I was wearing a filter insert mask and still felt uncomfortable. I felt better once I exited this crowded business.

They have lost my mail. They have changed policy with no details on forward your mail. They hung up on me trying to get mail forwarding to me. Service is good and bad depending on who you talk to. Update! Under staffed and new management. Security is better than before.
