Every person/employee I have encountered here has been so helpful and so friendly! From the front desk to the technician that came out to my property, their customer service is incredible! I am just so happy that not only are they extremely friendly and approachable, but they listened to me, figured out a solution, and sent out a technician immediately. It reminds me of what all businesses used to be like in Paradise and why I loved this town so much. I wish the rest of the town services were like them, it would really make it easier to rebuild and come back home.

PID is an absolute joke. They obviously don't want anyone to rebuild and plant new trees. The cost of water is ridiculous and is not affordable. Before the fire, one could make do with the water bill. Now, I can't even attempt to replant my yard. They even charge properties, not actually using water.

The PID Is horrible they charge 97$ in fees per month before you use any water. Twice I have paid my bill and they said they didn't get it. We have the second largest reservoir in all of California but yet our water costs are outrages the people that work there are dumber than a box of rocks!

Great tasting water first off. Water rates are actually super cheap compared to everywhere else I've ever lived and they haven't raised their rates since before the Camp Fire! The people who work there are great people, they really care about the town I can tell. Reading some of the other low reviews on here, I can tell PID doesn't do things perfectly. What company does? But how is it PID's fault people can't take responsibility for their own actions.

I think PID has been great since the fire. The ladies in the office are super nice and easy to talk to and they actually answer the phone now and are very helpful. The guys out working on the meters and lines are very kind and helpful too. I think everyone working there that I've come in contact with has been excellent service. And, on top of that, we have the best tasting water in the world! Thanks PID!

My experience was positive, they did not ask for the challenge of losing 90% of their clients overnight and some patience is in order. I found Angela in particular very helpful and she expedited my meter installation once she realized my home was almost complete. This is a company struggling to adapt and I found them doing their best.

I think we have great tasting water and are lucky to have our own water. Talk in town is that the water agency is cooked, etc., but I don't know anything about the politics of Paradise Irrigation. I just know they give good service and at a reasonable price. I'm thankful.

It's been 6 months since the fire and I just got another PID bill. This one's for $43.65, the same amount I've paid each month since the fire. The thing is, no one is living at the address because there is no home. My 2 questions would have to be --- what the heck am I paying for? How can anyone be charged for something they didn't receive?
