Great selection and excellent service.
If you have your own sauce, they can help you include it as marinade in your purchase and vacuum pack it. Very friendly crew. I have been shopping there for years. My favorites are the Dry Age Ribeye Sous Vide (which are steaks already vacuum packed, seasoned with rosemary and a slice of wagyu fat) and Oxtail.

They have fresh beef, lamb, chicken, pork,some seafood(salmon, shrimps, and scallops..etc.), a little bit spices and ramen, and some pots and knives.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the meat is great. I have been coming to this place weekly and loving it.

I'm so glad that I was introduced to this amazing butcher shop. Great selections of meat and seafood, very friendly and helpful staff. Extra bonus that they vacuum seal your meats for you if you plan to sous vide.

Worth the drive from SF and have been back every couple of weeks.

The only place I trust to get good meat. I always pick up my filet mignon here and the fish has always been fresh. It's definitely worth the trip to this spot.

Worth mentioning is the truffle butter they sell here. The price is great and it's crazy good.

Edit: I'm going to go out on a limb here and say everything is good here. Chilean Sea Bass, pork tenderloins, NY steak and dry aged, bacon, pork belly, chicken breast, and the giant prawns. I seriously no longer buy meat any where else. You can even get pig back fat!
