This is one of those A+ experiences all restaurants should share with their customers on the regular. If you want to be greeted with Kindness, Respect & Professionalism while receiving Hot, Fresh food, then stop through this location. You won't regret or forget it. They treat the customers and the delivery drivers like family. They'll have your food ready for you when you get there. If they don't, it's OK because they're working on it making sure it's just the way you want it. So place an order & have a great experience with great people.

I’m blown away how awesome the store manager treated me. Called to update my order and he took care of it in less than 30 seconds with an awesome attitude. Usually you don’t see stuff like this on these types of restaurants.

First time ordering from this store, we pick up the food drive 20 minute's home and no suprise our garlic knots have nothing on them just dry hard bread and our pizza is missing one of the three toppings and its sloppy. Call the number and the call center girl hangs up on me when I tell her what's wrong, call agian and ask for the store they offer to remake the order but now I'm driving another 20 minute's there and 20 minute's home so an hour wasted after a long day at work. Not impressed probably won't order from this one again.

I love their pizza!!! It's the dance delicious taste from 20 years ago. The garlic sauce is seriously the best. Thanks to the team for baking my pizza pies to perfection!!!

Ordered The Works pizza WELL DONE got a soggy pizza. Past 2 of 3 times our food has been MEH. Not sure what part of the process is falling through the cracks but I think this was the last time.

Not sure why we are still paying a $5+ delivery fee when yall are using door dash?! we are already pay a fee to them. If yall aren’t delivering it, why charge a fee?!
something yall should really thing about.
I usually use door dash since I figured this out but had a papa johns coupon that I could only use on your website.
anyway, if your using a delivery service, even for orders coming through your system, there should be no delivery fee because yall aren’t delivering it. if you had your own drivers that would make since.
Quit bein cheap.
.we already get charged that from the delivery service.

Worst Papa John’s in the area. Delivery has been 20-30 minutes late every time. Manager does not care. Not worth it. Avoid.
