Horribly ran company that needs to train up their employees. I called in with an issue regarding my propane system. I was told since I was not a customer they could not help me…..instead of saying what I needed to do to become a customer or let me see how I can help you, I was told oh well cant help you, bye. Como obviously does not need any more customers.

Como was the third company that came to give me an estimate. I had kind of decided which company l was going with because, I personally had never heard of Como propane.
Charmin came to look at the site and what a difference from the other 2 companies. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and educated me on the whole propane system . Charmin also worked with me to find the most economical way to install it. She stayed in communication with me through the whole process, all the way till it was completed. Charmin is a great asset to your company.
Bruce did a great job, especially with all the bumps we came up against. He was always on top of things, kept me updated regarding work, scheduling etc. Bruce did go above and beyond to get the job completed. His response time was excellent.
I do not remember the names of all the techs that were here , everyone of them were polite and informative. If l asked a question they took the time to educate me about the different aspects of the system being put in. The 3 people that come to mind are Dylan, Josh and Dan. They were outstanding and Dan is a walking encyclopedia.😁 regarding fireplaces.
At the end of the job, l was really glad that I chose Como. You have a great team , Keep up the good work.

Friday 9/22/23, we called Como to come and check a leak since I smelled propane gas at our house. We are currently in the process of selling our house and at the time the Como maintenance man was there, we had a potential buyer on our property looking at our house. I specifically told the Como man that we had the house for sale and we were in the middle of a showing. The potential buyer then approached the maintenance guy after the showing and they proceeded to have a conversation in private that lasted quite a while. This potential buyer was very interested in our house and was ready to put in an offer, and changed her tune very quickly after her discreet conversation with the maintenance man. We are certain that they were discussing our PERSONAL business regarding our house and our propane tank, but were not 100% sure because they went off on their own and were talking privately. When my wife directly asked the maintenance man POINT BLANK if he was discussing our PERSONAL HOME BUSINESS with a complete stranger, he proceeded to flat out lie to my wife's face and say that he didn't tell her anything, and he knew her from outside of this experience and was just saying hello. Later, we got a call from the realtor saying that the buyer backed out BECAUSE OF THE INFORMATION HE WAS GIVING HER. He completely crossed his boundaries and shared our personal information with someone who has no right to our personal real estate information. Not only did he cross a moral line, but he cost us the sale of our house, considering before this conversation she was ready to put an offer on the table.

On top of this, before this horrible experience, we have been a customer of over 20 years with Como. We are building a large home on our property and contacted Como several times making appointment's for a new propane setup at the new house. Multiple times did they not show up or reach out.

Highly NOT recommend from a 20+ year customer.

Had a generator and tank installed by Como in Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about them. Alex and his crew came to install the generator. They were courteous and hard working. Alex is a true leader. I believe there were a couple of fellas new to the industry. Alex would explain what they were going to do, how to do it, and why. Then he would have them do it while he watched so they could put that in to practice. Randy and his crew came to bury the tank and dig the trench. They also were excellent! I would recommend these people hands down every time. Thank you, Como!

Marc Bradley did a great job running a safety check and installing a propane monitor. What a nice feature! Know how much gas we have with an phone app.

They were great to work with in setting up new service. Karen & Christy were very helpful. Marc Badley did the safety check, explained what he was doing, polite & personable. Delivery driver Mark made sure all was well with the propane. Overall good experience.
