Whitney was so sweet and helpful when I called to find out about the services offered and schedule an appointment. Then we got a great tech, Cole, who was prompt, super nice and did a wonderful job cleaning...basically restoring and repairing our barbecue! Highly recommend their services!

I have been doing business with the Palm Beach Grill Center. Services are above and beyond. Today, I needed an evaluation of the fittings for my backyard fire table. Upon providing particular photos that were requested, this company called me back within an hour and provided more than enough information to ditch the old fire table and upgrade to a more recent design. I was not directed to purchase from anyone in particular, so I knew I was dealing with a professional outfit. I continue to use their propane refill program. Deliveries are quick and the workers always arrange the tanks inside the backyard fence. Above and beyond.

Trevor showed up right on time this morning and was amazing how well he cleaned and brought the new look back to my Napoleon grill. Trevor also diagnosed and fixed a problem that I had with getting the temperature up to cooking level on my grill. I am renewing my service agreement because of his fine work and would like to have him for my next year's cleaning.
