I would take a hardware store like this over a Home Depot any day... just not this one. I called to find out if they carry the product. They said they stock the item. 15 minute drive for me... only to find out that they stocked the item, but just didn't have it. I wish they told me that over the phone. And the staff is nothing to brag about either.

Went to pick up product after email said delivered and they tell me they don't have it and don't know when it will come.
Then manager Joe Said he refunded my money but could not provide me a receipt. I was never refunded and they took the money.
I had to dispute it with my bank.
Joe was extremely rude and shouldn't be in customer service nonetheless a manager.
Won't be coming here again.

A young guy went the extra mile to make sure the key cutting matched my keys. My keys were a special kind and he hand cut them. Nowhere else would help. Great customer service highly recommend.

Joe is incredibly knowledgeable in all things BBQ and I couldn't be happier with my new Napoleon grill. It is also a great feeling to support your local hometown hardware store as opposed to the big box retailers.

Anthony saved the day!

After several frustrating trips to big box stores in search of plumbing supplies and even after calling a plumbing supply store, I was directed to visit Ace Hardware nearby. As soon as I walked in, Anthony offered his assistance. He attentively listened to my problem description and immediately went into problem-solving mode. Remarkably, we were able to find the necessary parts in stock, saving me a significant amount of time compared to larger establishments. Anthony’s professionalism, knowledge, and creativity left a lasting impression. I highly recommend visiting this store, where old-fashioned customer service is truly alive and well.

This is the BEST Ace Hardware anywhere! They sharpened my sewing scissors and I found everything I needed that I couldn’t find anywhere else! Ace beats Home Depot and Lowe’s in every category! A great hometown business right in the middle of Palm Beach Gardens at Promenade Plaza. Although Publix is being completely rebuilt, Ace and all other businesses remain open.

I love this location. Sure it is a bit more pricey than Home Depot or Lowes but you get actual SERVICE!!!!! The employees are always quick to ask if you need assistance and if they are unable to answer a question they locate a fellow employee who can. I will happily pay a few dollars more for the warm welcome I always receive from this location.
