I recently had my 280sl restored here at Palm Beach Classics after soliciting opinions and pricing from several shops. I felt very comfortable with Sydney and his team from day one. His knowledge of the Mercedes brand is unmatched. The quote was very clear and concise. He set expectations for the “what if’s” we will encounter as they start peeling back the layers of old work. Each time he called with something new they found he always came with several options, pricing AND his recommendation. The end result was exactly what I was expecting.

Danger, Danger. I wish I would have reviewed the bad reviews first, not the good ones. Bought from a distance, had it inspected the inspection did not reveal what was really wrong. ( did get my money back from the inspector and apologies) The date on the car was not what was advertised and the salesman offered to change it. The Title can you believe that? It went on and on. When I tried to return the car they went radio silence to me.

If you are even thinking of selling a classic car these are the people to deal with - honest, upfront, to the point, extremely knowledgeable. I called and met Sydney who agreed to consign my 87 560sl, he then put me in touch with Marc Algeri his operations manager. Marc is a class act, on it, calls with up to date information, and knows what he is doing. This is the best experience I have had selling a car, don't hesitate to use them.

I have bought 2 keys for my SL on their website for 95$ each !! And they can't be used on my R129. There is no place for transponder and without it you can't start your car ... `
By the way you can buy the same useless keys for 10 $ on Amazon and 3 $ on alibaba. I know it because my wife want to make me a Gift 3 mounths ago and bought me the same keys on Amazon ... You can see it on the picture. On the right the key from Amazon and on the left the one from PBC .... it's just a steal !

I don't speak about the quality and nither abour the chips because i've them. I talk about the place for the transponder which can make recognize the keys by the car ...As you can see on the picture.
I've tried to reach someone by mail but i receive no answer

I highly recommend Palm Beach Classics for everything that has to do with the purchase, sale and service of any classic Mercedes-Benz. They do great work, the owner is a very honest person, and they will work with you in a very transparent way.

I dealt with them for more than 2 years and never had a problem or a bad experience. Every single time they came through and I was always a satisfied customer.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Stay away from this shop. The sales rep, Brian, is a typical sleasy salesman. He changed the price on my job 3 times on me. We scheduled a time for 1:00 to drop my car off for service. When I arrived at 1:00 sharp he was not there. I waited for him to arrive and he told me the interior specialist is out at lunch and I cannot talk to him because he "does not want to disturb him on lunch". They were extremely rude and told me to come back in an hour if I wanted to talk to him...remember he scheduled me for the 1:00 time slot. I planned for this time for over a week and left work to make this appointment. I would not recommend these people to anyone. Find another shop.

Absolutely fantastic! One of the greatest collection of Mercedes-Benz classic automobiles in North America and all for sale and ready for immediate delivery. The owner, Sidney Vallon, is an expert in Mercedes-Benz repair and restorations. He seems to knows every single nut and bolt in the entire modern and classic MB Series. He carefully supervises his mechanical staff, and if they are just changing a tire or doing a total renovation, it's "the Best or Nothing." Highly recommended.
