EXEMPLARY craftsmanship and service. Truly, the best experience I've had with ANY product/service in many years. I requested a couple of appliance pans from Richard (dishwasher & refrigerator). After sending him basic drawings and example picture, he executed PERFECTLY in just a couple days. I expected that I would have to caulk the seams myself to make the pans watertight. But Richard sealed them with brazing!! All I had to do was put them on the floor. It's a shame that more businesses don't take this level of care and pride in their work. It makes the world a better place. THANKS RICHARD AND PALADIN for a great job that made me smile.
