Ted and his crew do a great job shipping items for us. We use them to send anything too bulky for us to send ourselves. They are always professional and reasonably prices for what they do.

I used Pak Mail for years. Quality of service is so terrible now I refuse to use their service after today. I sent my young daughter to drop off a USPS FLAT RATE box that should have cost $25 to ship. The man weighed it and said the package would be roughly $39 to ship. She inquired and said but it’s a flax rate box. He replied we go by weight. So she paid it!!! Do you think they would have said that you can ONLY do the flat rate shipping at a USPS location? Of course NOT! I called and spoke to Eddie. Boy was a NOT shocked on how RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and MEAN he was when I inquired about pricing. He would barely let me get a word in. I refuse to ship or use their services and will be sure to post on every platform and verbally share my experience with anyone who would like to help another respectfully owned business that I would be happy to do business with in the future! Fyi- it takes A-LOT for me to be so upset and disappointed to leave such a negative review. Just beware that at least Eddie and Michael ‘whom assisted my daughter’ will NOT be honest or forthcoming with information like this. Disgusting!!!

Pak Mail Superstore is fantastic!!! We are from Canada and needed to ship two framed paintings out quickly, as we were flying out the next day. We found them on Google and they were efficient, fair, professional and friendly!! Love this place. Thank you Edde and your team. Keep up the great work!!

Our Des Moines church had to ship a large piece of sensitive electronics from from the Phoenix area to ourselves. We worked with the owners Ted and Kelli and they were great. Good communication, much less $ than the UPS store, and they did a great job of boxing it up. All of this was done over the phone and they came through with flying colors.
