Our experience with Page-Theus was one of compassion and accommodation. Lily Gallo served as our very knowledgeable funeral director and worked thoroughly with the many details in the service preparations. Lily showed great patience in following up with the many decisions which needed to be made. She also oversaw our catering to perfection which included some modifications we had requested. She also noticed and returned an overpayment (a mistake on our part) in seeking our best as her client. The Chapel itself is a lovely gathering space, and we were blessed with many moments of shared memories of our mother and her life in our family.

I live in Virginia, so when I got a call that no one ever wants to receive I did an internet search and immediately found Page-Theus in the town I was searching. What a God sent Blessing. I was not able to make a call to them, I entered my information and Elizabeth contacted me at the time I specified in my request. She walked us through everything and was so very respectful and compassionate we felt the world lifted off our shoulders and totally onto hers. She handled the arrangements for our loved one’s final wishes. Jacob could not have been more kind and helpful. For religious reasons, we needed to prepare our sister for burial in a time sensitive manner. Jacob was very understanding and knowledgeable. He helped me with all that was needed to ensure my sisters wishes were honored. He was caring and spent time to clearly and compassionately explain the process. I was 2000 miles away and with his guidance everything was perfectly in order at her burial service. We are so happy that our sister was respectfully prepared for her final rest. Thank you
