Mary and Blake coordinated with us every step of the way. From the beautiful soapstone on the island to the Mont Blanc Quartzite on the surrounding counters. The installation went flawlessly.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Pacific Crest provided the BEST customer service I have received from anywhere in a very long time, if not ever. I had my countertops installed within 10 days, while I had others telling me it would be 4-5 months and could hardly get them to respond at all. Mary was great following up with me while I was trying to decide to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She also followed up the same day of install and again a few days later. Blake was great when he came to template and explained everything thoroughly to me. The installation crew was great and friendly. There was a small rough patch and they were back the very next morning to fix it. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience and the whole crew. I will recommend Pacific Crest any and every opportunity I get!

Pacific Crest Granite is a place of beauty, choices, fine craftsmanship and superb customer service. I am surprised by "old" review, ... This has not been our experience, even visiting a couple of times to rethink choices. We were treated like we were high end customers (even though our project was small). Each time they were knowledgeable and helpful in our choice process. Once we were finished, measurements were communicated and we had our exquisite, finished piece in less than a week. Perfection in every way!

I am so glad to have discovered this local business. Don't let the older reviews influence you - it's under new ownership and I found them knowledgeable, helpful and more than fair. The “Sylvia” referenced in past reviews was the previous owner (I made sure to double check on that!!) There aren't a lot of options here, so feeling comfortable with a big decision (especially when it’s going to be a part of your home for years to come) is important to me.

Here is my experience – Blake showed me several options and there was no pressure to upsell (in fact, he encouraged me to go a less expensive route!) While making my decision, he kept in touch (but not pushy), and went out of his way to double check with my contractor to be sure the design and dimensions were exact.

It’s easy to see that these new owners are motivated to earn a reputation in our community worthy of 5 stars. And for me, they hit the mark. I wholeheartedly recommend you stop into their showroom to see what they can do for you. Just seeing some of the work they have done, as well as the amazing options in the showroom is worth the trip.

Pacific Crest did the kitchen countertops for us. We found the quartz material in San Leandro. We looked at three contractors up here to do the work. Pacific Crest was significantly less in their pricing than the other two places we spoke with, and that included having them drive down to get the slabs! I was here when they measured, and then when they came back to install them. I was amazed at how careful they were in taking measurements, as well as when they installed them. Very friendly and informative during the entire process!!
