Whoever said this place is fast and the people are friendly must not be at the same place I am as I have found neither to be true. Hope I never have to come back. Appointment was 50 minutes ago and I'm not even in the door yet...they said the 2 other trucks that have been in the doors for over 3 hours have to be loaded before they can start on mine. Ugh. Going to bed, clock out of time.

I am a truck driver. I showed up 3 hours before my app-time. All staff were very nice and friendly unloaded me in 25 minutes.They did not make me till my app-time. Even if they had me to wait till my appmt I would still gave them 5*. Ron in the recieving department (meybe the manager) was very nice and helpful.

Don’t late on your appointment 5 hours for load appointment was 1pm got traffic on my way chack in 1:30pm trucks going they have appointment after me but I’m still on the dock

The operation manager Brian, loaded me the day before my appointment time, these guys are in the ball, this was a very good experience here, you can park on the street with out getting hassled, thanks again Brian
