I was really lucky that I bought my Jeep from Oxendale back in 2016… But it was time to get a new car altogether. I went to see what my Cherokee was worth at Oxendale, and was met by a wonderful salesman named Brock with whom I had an appointment scheduled. Without feeling pressured at all, he showed me some of the grand Cherokees, which I had always wanted. And I almost instantly fell in love with the cars. He patiently spent the rest of the day with me, tuning in on the best fit for me. And without even Thinking I was getting a new car that day, I ended up driving away with the best car I’ve ever had the pleasure to drive. Both Brock and Kieth were awesome! They really took their time with me and making sure I got the best deal… And most of all we’re just very pleasant to spend time with… I didn’t feel like they just wanted to sell me a car and get me out the door… As I felt with previous car salesmen. All in all, it was the easiest, most effortless car buying experience I’ve had… Not to mention, the most rewarding! I highly recommend Oxendale Jeep Dodge ram.

I've been a part of over a dozen car buying experiences over the years and this is first time it has been pleasant and exceptional. All the credit to my sales agent Mr. Michael Lacey. Phenomenal and exceptional service, very prompt and personable, and going above and beyond to ensure my vehicle and myself were taken care of even on his day off. Very pleasant presentation of the vehicle upon arrival to dealership and Mike made sure to garage it until delivery day. Keith in finance was great to work with too. Had an issue with an improperly cleaned interior and it was rectified quickly. I appreciate the GM Mr. Burke doing an honest business and taking responsibility. I've had many instances in the past of after sale issues and none were ever acknowledged or taken care of by upper management or especially GM. Thank you.

I drove from Chandler to pick up a manual hatchback Corolla I was taken care of by Kevin, he was very professional no additional fees pretty straightforward, unlike the stealerships in the valley, he didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. The staff at Oxendale made buying my new Jeep an enjoyable experience. The sale price was fair, and I got more for my trade-in than I expected. But the difference for me was the outstanding service from Wade and Keith. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Edit: I take back everything I said. Don't come here, and if you do, definitely don't buy anything. Turns out the shopping experience is pretty enjoyable for the sales staff when they're unloading an absolute POS on somebody.

We appreciated Oxendales approach to the tedious finance part of the transaction; No numbers games, just the facts.
Oxendale did their best though to make it as easy as they could. Pricing was fair for both sides, and made it worthwhile not going to Phoenix or Prescott to purchase.
