The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and while she “offered” help, she literally gave no options. Their latest bill payment method is ridiculous - clicking the link on the water authority’s webpage to pay the bill only brings up our sewer account. Maybe that’s a glitch on their end but it needs to be corrected, on their end. Furthermore, when I attempted to add our water account to the dashboard, using the account information that I had JUST used to pay the bill, it states there is no account found. If there were any other options for water, we would take it in an instant. Get nicer people to be in customer service, it’s not that hard.

When I had my house built, they put my neighbors water meter in my front yard by accident. The builder told them and we were told it would be fixed. The goal was to have it fixed before everyone started moving in. They kept putting it off and putting it off. Months like I’m talking months down the road when the houses were built and we were all situated they finally come out and move the meter and tear up both my yard and the neighbors yard in doing so. My neighbor got upset and asked what was going on and they blamed me I made them move it which is untrue. The builder requested that almost a year ago immediately after they noticed and contacted me about it. They also shouldn’t have said that and said we made a mistake and we fixed it. Not point blame at others.

Been a customer for 9 years. Never been a day late. No notification of late bill, no notification of cut off . Not even 30 days past due . They cut my water off and did not notify anyone ,not even a note on the door. As soon as I figured out what happened , I paid the bill. I called immediately and they were closed at 3:30pm. So I called the emergency line where I was told too bad, so sad, and hung up on.

Everytime I've called OCR water authority over the last 8 years, the ladies in the office have always been so curteous, kind, and helpful. The manager Chris was also very accommodating. Also a big thank you to Matt and Payton. Thank you all for serving our community.

Among the worst I've dealt with. Their website is an atrocity. Most difficult bill to pay. No notice or warning given of disconnect. Have to wait for service tech to finish shutting off water before he can come back to reconnect. Service tech was right down the street when bill and reconnect fee was paid. More important to ensure people don't have water then ensure they do.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The people in office act like snobs anytime you call or have an issue. Our bill is incredibly too high and has continued to get even higher over the past few months. Tried to give them money for a bill multiple times but they would only take cash for a check that my husband wrote for the wrong bank account. No comprising on their part at all. So for a check that was returned you won’t take a card, an automatic draft, or my bank on the phone with you trying to pay. Quick to come shut off water if someone doesn’t pay but won’t take any other form of payment other than cash. All they do is take advantage of being a monopoly. I wish I could use less than one star. They need to learn some common courtesy.

I have never had a problem with Owen's Cross Roads Water Authority. We have been customers for over 15 years. They always serve me with a smile and are happy to help. I do not personally know any employee there.

Setting up new service was quick, easy, and the lady we spoke with in the office was very polite and professional. Thank you OCR Water Authority, looking forward to moving back to the area!
