I used to love Ovipost. Last year when I ordered crickets before they went on back order, the crickets lasted 3 months! This time ordering them, I received them less than a week ago and they are all dead a few days later. My set up, food and everything is the same but the cricket quality seems to have gone down. So bummed I have to start buying at PetSmart again. Not to mention, when I received the box and opened it, it had weird beetles and odd looking centipedes in it.

I like how fast the live feeders got to my house, it was 1 day and the pricing for shipping isn't outrageous. I like the pricing as well most of the time for 1,000 Superworms are 35 to 40 dollars a box.

I used to love this place but QC and customer service has really gone down. Several occasions where I received the wrong size or count, promised a reshipment that never got sent, multiple excuses or no responses at all. Quality was always good but they’re no longer dependable. Per their own admission they don’t have luck shipping out of Mississippi. There are better facilities to use for reliable feeders. The screen shot below is the response to an order that should have arrived the day they sent this, after I inquired about it, and haven’t received a response or a refund. I’ve called and emailed 3 times.

All of our worms arrived alive and we're packaged very well! We will definitely be using thus company again in the future! The staff is also extremely nice and sends out hand written personal post cards to their customers!

The crickets they provide are fantastic! They have multiple sizes to fit the growing toads that we have and they were great quality in that they lived a very long time as we slowly fed them. They last much longer than crickets bought at pet stores. The packaging they arrived in was great as well. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered online and got my shipping fast. The meal worms were amazing. They were all alive, large and looked healthy. My bearded dragon was definitely happy, thanks . I highly recommend ovipost.

Excellent company. Have only purchased crickets but the shipping is very fast and the crickets have been very healthy. Customer service is outstanding. Will definitely continue getting my crickets from them. If you’ve been getting your crickets at pet stores stop and give Ovipost a try!

I live in Florida about an hour away from this place. I ordered from here as the website says it has fast reliable delivery. It's been DAYS! And I still don't have my order and UPS tracking just shows for some reason that it's in Hialeah for the past 2 days. No one works on the weekends to get a hold of so now I am left with no food for my bearded dragon as well as been waiting for days for this to come in. Some place I could have walked to faster then they can ship it out. It's probably just easier to go to PetSmart and get crickets then waiting on whatever method these people ship with which seems to be super slow even in you live in Florida.

I would like to add that my second time around ordering was much much better and got what I ordered very fast and all the insects were alive. I must have just had a bad shipping experience the first time around but if it continues to stay as good as my last shipment was I will continue to order from here.
