Worst sales experience of any company I have ever been to. My wife was waiting for 2 weeks and called customer service to ask them to help out. She was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung upon. Only saving grace is the one who finally answered the phone as Jason Frank and the rest of the staff are abysmal and should all be fired immediately.

Have had 5 out of 8 LUHB1-150W UFO lights start flashing within 2 1/2 years. Garbage products using garbage components! Of course they are under warranty but who gets to pay the labor to have them switched out as they slowly die one at a time? Not Orbit Industries!
