I'll first start off by saying that this hotel is in a great location. On the marina, a short walk to Duval and Green street activity. The room was very clean and the staff were truly fantastic - one of the best places I've ever stayed on a vacation service and cleanliness wise. That being said, a word of warning when booking a room. We booked a marina view room for 5 nights....and paid a premium for this (about $600 a night). We were surprised that on most of those days/nights, our view was almost completely blocked by a large yacht docked right outside of our balcony and the cruise ships that come in almost every morning by 8am and leave around sunset (see my photos). Consider saving money and booking in a less expensive room. The resort had a lot of construction going on - renovating part of the pool space, a complete reno of the on-site restaurant (dining was in a tent next to the marina until the restaurant is complete) and concrete work being done on the second to our last day there where a large cement truck arrived early morning. Comfortable beds, clean room, Nespresso coffee in your room and all day coffee and tea in the lobby in the adjacent building. A relatively quiet location. If you arrive early before check-in time, they will secure your bag so you can get out and explore. Not sure if this is a consistent issue, but two times our key card stopped working and I had to go to the other building to get assistance from the front desk. The first time, two other people had the same issue.

Stop Looking and wasting hours on the internet. Just book here. All rates are high in KW. This was one of the best rates, and super clean, super nice, modern, accommodating, lots of free water, great pool and jacuzzi. It is ON Mallory square and a block off Duval. If your there a short time. you need to make good use of it. Always a short walk back to the room and right there for the perfect sunset. And staff was amazing. If you come by the Key West Express your a 5 min walk and thats important depending on baggage.

So glad we did not trust some of the incredibly negative reviews about this resort as it was absolutely amazing! There is no better location to stay on Key West as you are literally a few steps away from so many incredible restaurants, shops, and attractions. From the daily free breakfast that was quite substantial and a great perk for an upscale resort to the cleanliness and helpful staff members, our stay was top-notch! A shout out to Maria, our concierge who went above and beyond to resolve a golf cart booking snafu. Highly recommend this resort and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Recently renovated, minimal dining options at resort, but the location allows you to easily walk into town. Free breakfast offered until dining becomes available. Front desk staff attentive. Rooms spacious and somewhat updated. Concierge thru text helpful with questions asked and reservations needed. Grounds clean, busy area since cruise ships dock here. Unimpressed with Latitudes the restaurant that everyone mentions as a must do. Bought a day pass to to Sunset Key; was misinformed by hotel staff of what we had access to: found out we had to be OFF the beach and on the ferry back at 4:30, ONLY had access to a little stretch of beach, no pool use. Food and beverage had to be ordered thru a cabana boy who was nowhere to be found. Not worth the money.

The accommodations were excellent. We were given a free breakfast buffet every morning. Each room had a spacious balcony. The location was perfect for exploring Key West all of its attractions and restaurant. The interaction of staff was easy and staff were extremely helpful. Perfect location

Sunset key was magical! If you haven't spent time on a private island you are missing out! We were pampered from the first moment . Managment was incredible ,offered us a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our concierge, Andre, was very helpful and on point! The entire staff so friendly and professional.... Latitudes for dinner / cocktails offered top notch choices... Service was great! Thanks to the wonderful people who made it a unique experience... And, the ferry was really cool

Very comfortable stay. Clean and fresh rooms. Personable staff. They are currently under construction of a new restaurant but the temporary tent restaurant was just fine for a quick, complementary breakfast. The only things in my opinion that could be improved (room 228) are room darkening curtains on the marina side and a different type of shower head and handheld shower. These are both smart and modern-looking, but we found them impractical. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet, tranquil resort with great staff and amenities. Shuttle driver Evens was very sweet. Andrew, who works at the Tiki Hut gave us a wonderful kayak tour by the mangroves. The bartender John was very friendly as was the one of the resort managers, Brian. It was a very peaceful few days.
