These guys sell an acrylic blanket rack. I have ordered at least 1 of these from them in the past. Their website says that the items ships broken down (disassembled) for safer shipping, which makes sense - if shipped assembled, this is bound to break. I ordered another one of these in August of this year. Despite the website saying the items ships broken down, it arrived fully assembled and of course, BROKEN. I immediately emailed, letting them know that 1 piece was broken and that i would be happy if they shipped me a replacement for the 1 piece that was broken. On 9/16, they emailed me and told me they would be sending the piece that week. It has not arrived. I asked them repeatedly for a tracking #, and they simply stopped responding to me. Thankfully, i was able to dispute the charge with AmEx and they credited me back for the full purchase. i would have rather had the replacement piece. Beware of this company - i would stay away.

We had a very unique piece we wanted fabricated and they did an amazing job! Our piano top is so beautiful. They were kind, courteous and did the job in the prescribed time !

Excellent customer service! My order was filled and shipped as promised, and I was provided a tracking number. Unfortunately it arrived damaged from transport. They responded immediately, with an acceptable solution. The replacement was built and shipped as promised, and I was provided with updates along the way. The vanity seat is exactly what was ordered. I would definitely purchase from One Stop Plastic Shop again!

David produced a custom display pedestal for a large, decorative piece of driftwood for my home. He meticulously worked out a design and took great care to be sure the piece would sit properly on the display. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but it was done quickly and perfectly.

Horrific experience dealing with Eric. The so called owner. Had an agreement and he made easy commitments that he never fulfilled. Commitments as simple as - it will be ready by x date - call backs - simply keeping his word. He never fulfilled the order and left me hanging with a time sensitive issue that he kept stringing along.

He was going to call me back multiple times and never did. He promised to for fill an order and never did - The one thing he did give was one excuse after another - after another - after another. He is a kid trying to be a business operator with no customer service skills - no commitment keeping integrity - and no clue of how to properly operate.

Prepaid $200.00 for 3d printing and will never receive my product or my money back. Eric was the original owner, sold it to a guy named Mike for 1 year. Mike screwed me over. Eric takes back ownership and is not taking responsibility for Mike's actions. He did not offer to complete the job or refund me my money. Terrible business sense!

Eric has hung me out to dry by not responding for two weeks. He promised to replace a damaged table leg for my client and has now disappeared. I’m told he sold the business, but regardless, his actions of not responding have put me in a very bad position with my clients and cost me financially.
