This shop was just right in every way!!
I bought some slippers here the first day of Kaanapali vacation. .
The shoes were fine but I had a previous blister problem to work on so I took the slippers back.

I was curious about all the fun sneakers and Andrea brought me several styles until I found the perfect pair!!
Never had so many Olukais to try!!
Plus….
Andrea had the Bibbidi bobbidi boo magic and we had fun too.

Been to Olukai ( in Shops @ Wailea ) multiple times, amazing service, super clean & modern interior.

For the first time today my husband & I go to the one at Whales Village. It is unbelievably terrible, we stood there looking at the shop assistant for a while, while people went in and left, and we were completely ignored. Out of disbelief of what is going on we just left laughing because that was honestly just shocking.

Please hire new shop assistants or train them to attend to the customers who first come in in order.
