Extremely Disappointing Experience with Old Castle and Employee Bob

I'm appalled by the atrocious service and product quality from Old Castle, specifically with employee Bob.

I purchased pavers several months ago, but they delivered subpar materials. After complaining, I waited 4 months for replacement materials, only to find they were still defective.

When I complained for the third time, Bob's response was shocking: "I don’t care" and told me to "do whatever you want, including suing us."

I had to upgrade to more expensive materials to meet my customer's needs. While this choice resulted in a financial loss for me, I prioritized my customer's satisfaction and well-being.

Bob disregard for customer satisfaction and the company's reputation is staggering. We will definitely take legal action to rectify this situation and recover our investment.

Avoid Old Castle and Bob at all costs!

Bob was super friendly and helpful. Price was great and delivery time even better! Definitely recommend.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! They are beyond nice and so affordable! We are doing a pool deck and the quotes we got were well…. A lot more then what we have to spend . There is a liquidation area here for smaller jobs that is affordable. Again I cannot stress how nice the folks that work here are!!!

have bought paver pallets there twice now. they were polite and upfront on the phone. Bob in sales in Riviera Beach FL (5 stars !) was particularly great to deal with and accommodating to our needs. would highly recommend Coastal for household and smaller purchases. cannot speak for commercial or large-scale purchases with deliveries - but would guess they are good to deal with. product well made and very reasonable prices from my experience.
