I'm so disappointed about this company after years doing business with them. I have order many acrylic sheets and cut (4X3' and 4X5') through years long. This morning they cut (4X4' and 4x4') and they said "it could be wrong during cutting". I was surprised because measurement can't be that off. It is only human mistake. I have complained about that and they was trying to argue with their mistakes. And another guy was coming (i think manager) said, " just refund it, don't let him buy our product again". I'm was so frustrated with this kind of business. They seem to be don't care about small sell like us. But they don't know a large always start with small tiny things. Hopefully, my experience is a good lesson for all other customers in the future. There are many more company like this on the market that you can about it.

As a struggling small business owner trying my best to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt completely taken advantage of by this company considering the amount I paid (nearly $600) for the product I received (3 sneeze guards: 2 custom (1 damaged), 1 prefabricated). They don't do deliveries or installations. This becomes problematic when they make something the incorrect size and it can't fit into the space it was intended for. Taylor Grafton, account manager(my main point of contact), admitted that he made the mistake and asked me to bring it back to have it modified to its originally-desired specifications. Upon my arrival, the shipping manager scolded me for returning it with the blue plastic film removed (How was I supposed to know?). He told me that, in the process of modifying it, "it's going to get scratched". I replied that if that happened, it wouldn't be my fault and that his company would be responsible for providing me a new one. Only then did he change his story and attempt to point out scratches that weren't even there at the time to cover his rear end before bringing it back to be modified. No one told me that 1) it scratched easily and 2) when transporting it back, it should be covered in a blanket. Anyways, after installing it a second time, it finally fit, but I found that there were multiple, large scratches on it (spanning an area 15" long x 2" wide). I immediately e-mailed Taylor, asking him how he would like to resolve this issue. He completely denied any responsibility, and instead blamed me for supposedly damaging it when transporting it back to them. How about fabricating it correctly the first time so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of bringing it back? How about taking the time to communicate to customers the proper way to transport it so that it won't get damaged when they are forced to bring it back (because of YOUR mistake)? How about being a person of integrity and actually taking responsibility for your mistakes, Taylor, especially when your shipping manager admitted that process of modifying it would scratch it? Retrospectively, I should've insisted that you pick it up, modify it, and re-install it yourself. Honestly, if I knew this crap was that fragile/cheap, I would've gone with a different company and material!

I first hesitated to ask for a quote because the website mentioned "business to business" and I I only had small job. However I asked for a quote for a 1/4" clear acrylic 24" x 48" sheet cut into 2" strips. David Pfeil called and asked exactly if I wanted 2" nominal strips. I said 2" wide by 24" and that I intended to cut it down to 11" length. He mentioned that based on his experience that I let them do the cutting instead of me trying to do it. He said that they can cut the number of pieces I needed and the exact size.
I ordered 24 pieces 2" x 11". I picked up by order after 1 1/2 days.

This company will WASTE your time. No email confirmation when you order something. They are NEVER in office to take a phone call. Both Isaiah and Stephen are terrible with customers. I have emailed Stephen and literally just get ghosted by him, ZERO response. Even their 800 number goes to voicemail. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The staff at Orange county industrial plastics are great. David and Isaiah are always helpful, and have the answers to all your needs. They're the low price leader in the industry, and they already seem to have what I need. Why going anywhere else
