I recently moved in to Oakridge Apartments and I am very grateful for this place. I love living here. This is a peaceful and clean place to live. The manager Jason is a very kind and helpful person. He does a great Job managing the property. The maintenance requests are taken care.
Plus, I love the fact that I can go to the #1 beach in the USA whenever I want!!!
Yes, Siesta Key Beach is 20 minutes driving from here. I love it!!! 😻

I like to brag about my "big bedroom, with en suite" here at Oakridge Apartments! The location is amazing and the staff is helpful and kind. What makes this place even better, is my neighbors...we all help each other out, a real sense of community here.

I have been a tenant of oak ridge apartments for over 2 years. My neighbors are wonderful, kind and considerate humans. The property is in perfect location for me. The property manager, Jason, has been so kind and accommodating. Jason is very professional and you can tell he genuinely cares about the well being of his tenants. Thank you for letting me call this my home. Also I’m loving all the flowers around the property. I take nature photos for fun and I’ve included ones I took in property!

I enjoy living here. Moving from Michigan was easy thankfully. I called three other places and they wouldn’t take someone from out of state. I have been here for 1 1/2 years and enjoy the pool and the new mail package room is nice too. Maintenance always responds to my requests quickly and efficiently. If this place didn’t exist then my dream of living in Florida wouldn’t have happened.

My daughter resided at Oakridge Apartments for a portion of her freshman college year @Ringling. It was her first apartment living on her own. The manager, Jason is one of the most Amicable gentlemen we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He made renting at the property seamless and actually went above and beyond assisting us due to an unforeseen circumstance. The property is quiet, clean and located close to very nice restaurants. I highly recommend Oakridge

This was our first ever apartment and it has been nothing but wonderful. The property manager Jason is a hard working sweet man. He's always there for our concerns and maintenance is great. The community is really sweet here. As for the apartment it's very spacious, clean and well lighted.
