I have had the awesome opportunity to work with Shelby at Oakes & Associates. She went over & above her duties there. She helped me out tremendously with an insurance payment due on my homeowner's insurance and not only did she help, she also followed up with me, called my mortgage company & assured me everything would be ok by explaining the whole payment process. Shelby did a great job in looking over our old homeowner's policy and suggesting changes to save us money. She even suggested a way to save money on our auto policy even though some other agency had our policy! I also like the fact I could actually reach her by phone! Our previous agent was very hard to reach and was "protected" by other staff members fielding my calls. I have not had that experience with Shelby!
