I had an interview with this company for the blending associate position that I applied for. During the interview, it turned into a bait and switch for a lower paying position because there’s a lot of “heavy lifting involved” and I’d be working with a couple of “young guys” that are pretty fast paced. I’m perfectly capable of keeping up and I have the experience, strength and knowledge to keep up. It was made clear to me that I wasn’t going to be looked at for that position because I was a 40+ year old woman without him having to say it directly because he kept pushing me towards the open production position that doesn’t pay as much as the position they called me in for. It just came off as very sexist and he became kinda rude and pushy to get me out of the interview once I made it clear that I was interested only in the job I applied for.

Jack and Jordan went to great lengths to ensure our ingredients were sourced from the best suppliers globally, including staying on top of some supply chain delays to make sure we met our internal deadlines. They also extended the scope of our agreement to oblige some last-minute changes we made to our bottle size, label updates and altering our capsule count per bottle for different product offerings. Nutra Coast screwed up our entire order. They sent our order with the wrong containers and some of the labels were even upside down. Containers didn’t have serving scoops in them etc. Our service advisor would cut communications every other text. They offered us reimbursement for their mistakes, this reimbursement never came and they continued to make empty promises for months but never made it right.
