Lots of things to choose from. I come here specifically because the real pie company in Sacramento offers a selection here. Beats driving up to Sac. The selection was a little limited but I didn’t leave empty handed.

Great hot bar, salads, sandwich shop stuck back in the corner. Cafe as well! Store looked well stocked and had a bit of everything.

The Nugget is well named: it's rare to find the quality of product, service, and price anymore, let alone a grocery store. The Staff consider shoppers "Guests" and consistently offer to take "guests" to the item sought rather than mumble something about which aisle your item may or may not be on. Their specials really ARE special and their shelves rarely have an empty spot waiting to be refilled. Each department is well run and the management team embodies commitment to customers. An A++ place to grocery shop!

I love this store. Every employee is thoughtful, friendly, attentive, and simply has a genuine desire to be there. They are always asking how I'm finding things, how my day is going, if I need help, and just smiling. The stocked items look clean and organized. The produce is fresh, varied, and clean. The seasonal items are great! Meat department counter always looks fantastic! Jason is the best there, he's so much fun to talk to, offers great recommendations on meats and ways to prepare them. The deli sandwiches are delicious! The checkers are so attentive and are quick to open new registers when the lines get more than a couple people long. I appreciate the small home town feel this store has.

It's a worthwhile ride to come down from Fairfax to the Nugget Market on my bike to have lunch. Employees seem to be pretty happy nice to one another as well as to the customers. I think it's worth everyone to give them a chance to see if they meet your qualifications for a great store

Outstanding service! Never a wait at checkout, while at Safeway you can count on close to a 1/2 hour wait. Most friendly staff, easily available always with a smile and offer to help. Produce, meats, deli, bakery always fresh, to quality and most pleasing to the eye and palate. Always neat and clean. Both standard and unusual items. Prices in line with Whole Foods and Safeway.
