I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes and this location is the best in Florida! The owner, Lynn, and her crew are the friendliest people I have ever met and they truly care about your experience and their cakes! I got 3 bundlets ( 2 gluten free and 1 chocolate chocolate chip) and they were the best cakes I’ve ever had in my life! The store was so well organized and stocked and everything was so clean! I enjoyed walking around and seeing all the cute merchandise! Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes!

Wonderful bundt cake bakery and a one-stop-shop for gifts and parties! Everything is made in-house and fresh. Confetti cake is my favorite flavor so far but they’ve all been great. There’s a gluten free chocolate chip flavor that is also awesome - you’d never know that it was GF. They also have really good white chocolate popcorn.

You can get a dozen “bundtinis” (cupcake size) to try a bunch of different flavors or even get a personal sized cake if you want a quick gift for someone or to treat yourself!

I just wanted to thank Beth for helping me today and going above and beyond. Something happened on my end with a web order for a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday and I didn't catch it until nearly 4:00 pm (and on the eve of Hurricane Helene!). She offered to deliver it for me on her way home. I cannot thank Beth enough as our twins are going through their first birthdays away (and first hurricane!). That delicious cake is the next best thing to home. THANK YOU BETH!

Recently stopped by to pick up a few Bundt cakes, older lady working was very rude and unprofessional. I had a BOGO coupon in which she wouldn’t use stated the coupon came from Facebook and wasn’t legit. After paying without the use of the coupon we had asked if they had any spoons her response was “we are a retail shop not a restaurant”. Highly unlikely to recommend to others. Horrible customer service.

Today I stopped by and bought the Bundt cake tower. The sales associate did such a wonderful job! She gives really great customer service with a smile and she was very kind. Thank u so much. Arrived home from a 12/9/2022 visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes to find the wrong item had been placed in my bag while the correct item was charged on the receipt.

Upon contacting the store, I received a “we're sorry” and quick good-bye.

We are all human and prone to making mistakes. We are also all capable of correcting our mistakes.

Since the only possible correct response in this instance was to replace the item you failed to put in the bag, and you failed to offer this remedy....you have lost two customers.

I hope you find a way to improve your customer service.
