Charlie is a class act and runs a tight ship. Very professional and prompt with turnarounds. The facility is clean and well kept. I’ve taken my deer to him on numerous occasions and have always been more than happy. I recommend getting some summer sausage with pepper jack cheese! It is phenomenal. He also does an amazing caping job. I’d drop 6 stars if I could ? ?

Went there last weekend for ribeyes and we also ended up with some sausage. They cut the steaks just for us in the back at whatever thickness we wanted, prices were very reasonable. Owner was a great guy.

I took a deer there to be processed. It took 2 weeks to get it back and then I only got one tenderloin back. And maybe one backstrap if I'm lucky... Doesn't make any sense

You have got to try this guys habanera and cheddar sausage. It is fantastic. I used to have one deer a year sent to Pennsylvania for the same mix and Charlie's is less costly and even better-
