Northern Arizona Patio Solutions aka NAPS did a wonderful job on our upper deck adding a beautiful electric retractable awning. We are so happy with NAPS, they are experienced and so knowledgeable about patio covers, shades and retractable awnings. Ben is wonderful to work with, we will always come back to NAPS for ANY of our awning and shade needs.

Prompt. Honest. Reasonable. Truly solution oriented.

Ben is the owner. He worked with us to find the right product, the right design and the right location. He worked seamlessly with the electrician and permitting authorities. He and his colleague George worked professionally and competently to perform the install.

We could not be more pleased.

Time will tell how the product holds up but Ben explained it well. We have confidence that it will be a great change to our house allowing us to enjoy the western exposure now without retina burn.

NAPA installed a 20 x 10 foot awning at my property in 2024 and performed an excellent workmanship in doing it. Ben and his crew installed the awning in a few hours and programmed everything to work perfectly. Who's next in developing a comfortable place to have a place to rest and have a nice time on their deck!

Anyone even thinking about outdoor shades and/or awnings should call Ben first! He is super pleasant, professional and honest. In addition, I love that his products are either made right here in Prescott, Phoenix or Texas. He was super resourceful when he ran into a little snag with my install because of my funky roofline but he figured it out and made sure we were 100% satisfied ( which we were!). I would recommend this business all day, every day! PS the remote control is c’est magnifigue! Oui oui!

I wish there were more than 5 stars because I would give Ben and this company 10 stars. Love the awning and how it makes my deck so usable. Ben was great in explaining how this all came together. When I needed an adjustment on one side he was there in 30 minutes and within 20 minutes had made it absolutely perfect. Love the color and feel of the material and all the amenities; sensor and lights. We will definitely be using our deck for the season and with confidence during our monsoon storms. Thank you, Ben!!!
