We need a new CPAP machine for Pam.
Blur Cross already approved it.
The girl in charge at North Florida was a complete arrogant incompetent.
She said that the Blue Cross Rep didn't know anything and was answering my call in her pajamas at home.
It turns out North Florida was totally wrong about everything and I believe was trying to avoid any work involved in the sale.
Too bad as the other gal Brooklyn working there was a pleasure to work with.
Fire this woman in charge as she will ruin your business!

Worst service ever. 25 years as a medical professional that happens to have a disabled child so I see both sides of the business. Worst service. Period. No matter how expensive the equipment purchase do not expect anything when the equipment needs service. Called to try and arrange repair service ( cash pay) the Lake City employee was so rude I actually thought he was joking. Was told " guess your out of luck" exact quote. Called Gainesville office next was promised by Amanda they would connect me with the repair service. Never happened. Rude Lake City employee called me back and stated " I was told I had to apologize to you" no real apologetic intent at all. I ended up calling the manufacturer in Chicago and arranged the repair myself. I waited to post a review out of fairness so it wasn't in the heat of anger. After the " apology" I'm posting. So Stephen at the Lake City office. I certainly hope you never have to deal with an issue that effectively renders your disabled child bed-bound while your medical equipment provider tells you " guess your out of luck".

GREAT SERVICE and SALES!! Highly professional. They bent over backwards to help my wife get into her scooter. HONEST and FAIR. We've been doing business here for +/-10 years. Never had any problems. If you need a scooter, or lift, this is the place to go.

I want to share a positive note after picking up my scooter from a tune up from Steven & Jim at North FL Medical Sales. Through the years, I have probably purchased 7 or 8 scooters in addition to two car lifts to transport my scooters. Two of the reasons I continue to purchase my rides from North FL are Steven and Jim. Both guys are pleasant, punctual, mechanical, honest and aim to please the customer. Their good service keeps my rides rolling which keeps me mobile and quite independent so I can continue shopping at Publix, Walmart, our mall and volunteering at school. Most likely I will purchase my next scooter from North FL Medical Sales & Service.

This is the best medical sales group we have ever worked with! My mother is terminally ill and they went above and beyond to help with her equipment needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of equipment sales or rentals. Their staff are kind and caring and their delivery driver is awesome and helpful. 5 stars for a great group of people!

Robin sales mananger wouldn't even take a look at my order.

I tried to place a large order. Robin feels she does not need to provide quotes for my list. Robin plays games, i will not use this company ever again.

This place does not sell anything. Seems like a scam.

I just shared a very long " dissertation" of things I am very dissatisfied there and now that I have looked at my bill more closely I am irate! I WILL NOW SAY "BROOK" NEVER TOLD ME THE HEADGEAR SHE, at the last minute, GAVE ME WAS USED! Yes it was the correct headgear that I was to have. But I should have had the option to take it or not if I would have known it was USED!!! Now they want to charge me for that That is ridiculous!
