I highly recommend working with Jeff at North Bay Nissan! I called after seeing a car posted online. He confirmed it was still available and we headed right over. My salesman was Viktor, I had a wonderful experience with this salesman. He walked me through everything and explained everything perfectly. I was able to save myself many hours of waiting as well thanks to Viktor; he was able to start the process before I got there through the phone. He let me see the vehicle and test drive it. Heart warming unbelievable kindness! Juan could tell that my finances are out of sorts and my life too… after I signed my documents and went to head out this ANGEL JUAN handed me $50- out of his pocket. He said Merry Christmas and told me that he’s rooting for me and that everything will be ok. Juan is beyond kind. I am blown away from his act of love for another human - someone he doesn’t know.
