I went to Nissan Service Center to drop off my car to get my battery replaced and the service was excellent. From the time I pulled up, I was received with big smiles and friendliness from all the staff. Since it was going to take a while for the service, I was dropped off at my place by one of Nissan's driver. The ride was very comfortable. Thank you Nissan for your outstanding excellent service. 👏

These guys never took my concerns seriously. Brought my truck in 4 different times over 2 years for the same issue and was told they were unable to duplicate the issue. On my last visit they input the incorrect mileage and they commented that there were no service lights on when they worked on the vehicle. That is dishonesty if I’ve ever experienced it. I went to Nissan in Van Nuys and on my the first visit they were able to identify the issue and repaired my car. Luckily it is still under warranty but Nissan of Mission Hills was never helpful in any way. I wasted a lot of time coming here.
