I came to this place because my car system told me that my tire pressure was low and when I got here one of the gentlemen informed me that I needed new tires in the front. He made a very easy to get the tires replaced, and it was reasonably priced. He even spoke with my father over the phone to put me at ease, which was something he didn't have to do.

I feel nervous when I'm in situations like this. So it made me feel joyful that he was able to put my mind at ease.

Got a new tire there and they stripped my stud and lugnut and then proceeded to lie saying they didn't do it. After I got the new tire my pressure light turned on. I had to replace the stud and lugnuts myself because they wanted to charge me $150 to replace it even thought they damaged it.

After having nonstop problems with my tire pressure monitor system after they worked on my car, Big O Tires informed me that whoever did the work on my vehicle did not do it properly which is why I kept having problems. Moving forward, I will not be coming back here nor would I trust them to work on your car!

I wanted a particular set of wheels and tires. I searched everywhere, in other shops and online; however, none could beat the price listed at NFS. Nabeel and Sam were willing to negotiate and work within my budget.

Installation was free of charge, even wheel balancing. I noticed that I was having alignment issues due to a larger set of tires and they even fixed that free of charge. Within a week, I punctured my tire. I sent it straight to NFS and they patched it up... again... for free!

When I first came to the shop, I was hesitant because I had air suspension in my car. However, most, if not all, employees seem to run air. They gave me invaluable information about it. John even helped me roll my fenders and adjusted my ride height to perfection.

This is now my go to place. This past Winter, my tires needed a bit more air. Chris and Sulman had no issues inflating them back up and inspected them.

UPDATED: SHOP CROSS THREADED MY WHEEL STUD / lug nut

Got new tires out on a new car i recently purchased. And when trying to do the brakes i couldn’t get my passenger wheel off due to a cross threaded nut on my wheel stud. I had to brake my stud to get the wheel off.. i thought i had a nice shop down the street, turns out they dont do the job properly.

I took my 1999 Lincon Town Car in for a complete suspension job and paid in full. I was not happy with the service due to the fact that it took them five days to finish the job. When I picked up the car before I got it home it was over heating. Seems to be suspicious due to the fact that it wasn't doing that when I dropped it off. Also the car was on an empty tank of gas and when I took it in it was not empty. So for me the whole thing seems to be unusual. I was not a happy customer and will not be returning. Not a happy customer!!!! 😒😔😢

Every time I come here because I got a flat tires or new tires, or tune up; these guys always delivers an outstanding job. Friendly and professional. I alway leave impressed.
