I contacted several companies to get a quote for a stainless steel counter top for a small kitchen cabinet. My efforts yielded frustration--some welding companies wouldn't handle a small job, while others didn't even reply to my request. I looked for other companies on Thumbtack and found Newman & Sons Welding a few miles from my home. I contacted them by email outlining the dimensions of the cabinet top. I received a quick response by phone from Dee Newman asking for more information, which I provided. she responded with a quote within 2 days. I accepted the quote and sent payment. Three days later, the job was complete. I drove to their site and had a pleasant conversation with Mike Newman, the owner. The counter top was a perfect fit, and the workmanship was outstanding. I would certainly use the Newman's services again.
