This church was destroyed in the hurricane (Michael) but has been completely rebuilt. The Word is preached here and the people here are very welcoming. If you are looking for a home church, you should check out the Bayou George Assembly of God.

I visited Bayou George Assembly of God and was warmly welcomed by Pastor John Otero and his congregation. I was cocooned in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Pastor John brought a message straight from the throne room of God! I left blessed.

Very loving and compassionate feeling all the way around. I didn't feel out of place. You could feel Jesus everywhere... I will/would definitely return...

It's a small country church. We are currently meeting in the fellowship hall because of Michael. Every Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Love to see you there.

We have two churches come together bear creek assembly a god and new family affirmative god and we had an awesome time of prayer and worship

This church hosted a dinner for the MAPS and other volunteer workers that have been helping rebuild/repair churches in the area. They treated us WONDERFULLY and the Pastor (?) seems like a caring man.
