They are very accommodating, responsive, and overall pleasant to work with. The orders show up on time and without missing parts! Their attention to detail is much appreciated. I completely recommend Neptune for a new boat lift!
Pros: High Quality, Overbuilt Construction, Great Customer Service during build process once contacted, Nice people to deal with.
Cons: Long lead times but it is the pandemic so I didn’t hold this against them, They weren’t really proactive in keeping me updated enough as the process went along i.e. I had to reach out to them versus them sending me an email at least once a month or even every two weeks with status.

Kevin, the installer and service foreman is an absolute gem. And their service to come strap your boat down before a hurricane completely exceeded my expectations.
Definitely a five star operation.

Being an engineer and a lifetime boater I had a lot of questions on their lifts and how they worked compared to the competition. The dealer did a great job answering the questions and included Neptune's experts when they could answer the questions. The lift was installed well within the timeline they gave me and it is a very impressive piece of machinery !! The only lift I would ever buy again after seeing their quality.!!

I visited this company at the Ft. Lauderdale boat show and decided to do my boat lift with them. After filling out the preliminary info I was told “our sales rep will contact you.“

Somebody called me, identified himself as Austin from Neptune, and sent me a one page contract to sign specifying price and lift I was getting. I signed and returned and put in an $8,000 deposit for the signed contract that they would build my lift.

After 3 months, I never heard back from him. I decided to call, ask for an update on when my lift would be built, and this same person (Austin) cursed at me, saying he did not want to do the job. I asked for the manager (Tommy), who offered me his apologies, and promised me to do the job in a timely manner.

After another 4 months, absolutely nothing was done so I decided to visit the Neptune Warehouse to find out wasgoing on and to resolve the situation. A young worker at Neptune heard my explanation to the receptionist, approached me, asked me about the situation and stated, “We are not responsible. That is a a third party company (a contractor).” I was very clear and told him that was not what I was told, and to my face he said, “We will not do this job.” He tried to take me outside to talk as to avoid saying this in public in front of the other customers.

Austin called me later and said he was returning my deposit. After 8 months, Neptune raised the prices by 40%. They returned my deposit without explanation.

Do not deal with them.
Do not let this happen to you.

I wasted 8 months waiting for them only to lose about 5K in the price increase ordering from another company.
Never received an apology, they mistreated me several times with no reason, and the “contractor” they do the work with is extremely sketchy. If they sell to you, they should include only their name in the contract, not a third party.

I have a 3 year old boat lift from Neptune and I had a gear box on one side lock up and they denied the warranty because they said the lift was overloaded. The lift is a 16,000 lb lift and my boat weighs 13,000 lb and I sent them the literature on my boat. They had the installing contractor come out to verify that it wasn't overloaded. What is the use of having a 5 year warranty on something if you aren't going to honor it. Very disappointed in this company

NO Service available, i called the contractor that installed my lift he was extremely rude and would not help. Neptune sent me to another company that is a dealer... this company was even worse, made several promises with no return results. I contacted another local company that showed up on time and is very eager to help but now neptune lifts will not sell them the parts. Do not buy from a company that will not help you with their product!
