I stopped by Nelson’s after I damaged my engagement ring. Even though the ring wasn’t purchased there, they fixed it immediately (in house) and even cleaned my wedding band. They didn’t charge me a dime. If you want a quality jeweler who CARES, go to Nelson’s Jewelers in Benton!!!!!!!!

Welcoming, very professional and love that's a family owned business. Mr Nelson was patient with me and listened to what I wanted. Helped me to pick out rings that me and my man could afford. Really liked when he called to confirm what I wanted done before they proceeded in making my rings. Always honest. Very happy. One more thing. The jewelry they have is so beautiful. Not only have I purchased rings, necklaces and bracelets from Nelson’s, but I’ve also had several old pieces repaired and cleaned and they do excellent work! My jeweler was Tanner and he did an exceptional job and did not take long at all to get it back. I highly recommend them for all your Jewelry needs!

My husband and I have visited Nelson’s Jewelry on several occasions throughout the years. Their team is highly professional, listens carefully to what we are looking for, and provides exquisite jewelry for that special occasion and investment. Randy Nelson is such a talented designer of jewelry. I was given a pair of earrings from my grandmother after she passed away. Randy brilliantly repaired and enhanced its original beauty. He also has a special way of striving to locate what you are looking for. Cindy Nelson researches and gives you added clarification on the various pieces of interest. She has even phoned additional specialists from various states, to give me that added education on a piece of jewelry. They are a great couple who makes the jewelry experience so enjoyable. Tanner and the team is always so helpful, and makes sure you have a memorable experience.
Christmas is right around the corner, as are special occasions. Don’t hesitate seeing these fine folks.
