I love this place and the friendly, helpful people who work there. I recently decided to build an off-road trailer and I bought every little bit of steel from Naylor. They will sell you a little or a lot without hassling about minimum orders. They often suggest ways I can save on my order which is much appreciated.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I used to go to another smaller place in Hayward that unfortunately closed recently. So I had to look around and I found this place. It is bigger but still keeps that "family" atmosphere where you can talk and work with a passionate guy that has interest to help you out. I hate big corporate places where the guy in front of you just doesn't care. My needs are small, pieces of steel for one-off fabrication. Very often I get stuff from the remnants bin/shelf and I always get a very good deal. The selection they have is truly ample and they have all services in case you need stuff to be cut. It's on a kind of "remote" area in Hayward but I guess that helps to keep prices low and parking is never a problem etc. Truly a nice and friendly place.
