They need to do something about the wait time here. Its freaking hot to sit here n wait. Maybe go back to how it was, open it back up so people can get their own food. Every office is back open face to face. I came at 1pm and its now past 2.

My experience at the Navajo Nation Food Distribution was a positive one overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. I appreciated that there was no sand to be found in the food, a relief for someone like me who hates sand with a passion.

However, the packaging of a product was a bright yellow color, which triggered unpleasant memories for me. It reminded me of a time when I was stuck in a sandstorm in the desert, surrounded by the same yellowish hue. The memory was like a PTSD trigger, causing me to feel anxious and uncomfortable.

Additionally, I have a personal aversion to bananas, due to their yellow color that reminds me of sand. This aversion added to my discomfort during the experience.

I remember the pain and discomfort of being trapped in the sandstorm. The wind was like a thousand knives, cutting into my skin and eyes. I struggled to breathe, with sand filling my nose and mouth. But I refused to give up. With every ounce of my strength, I fought my way through the storm until I found shelter and safety.

Overall, while my experience at the Navajo Nation Food Distribution was positive, the yellow packaging and bananas triggered painful memories for me. I hope they consider using a different color in the future to avoid triggering PTSD in people like me. Regardless, the food was delicious and the staff were great, making it a 4.5-star experience. Arrived early we sign in at 8:30am. Only two vehicle there at time. We were told come back at 1pm or we won't get all of our food. Return at 12:30 first one there again. I always understand that its was fisrt come first serve. But that not the case here at Food Dis. . its who you know or been related to some one inside. My husband apptmt at 2:30 still sitting there at 3:30. We start complaining. The lady blame the guy that was getting the food. Finally after 8 vehicle we got our food. The man said the ladies inside are pulling the names. He said sorry about what happened. You lady's have the list in your hand. Going by lis

What can I say about commodity.Its food Use your imagination, and create a dish to feed your family. I would like to say a big thanks to the people who work at N.N.F.D. they work hard to serve the people getting food to them.So people say thank you to them give them a cold drink show some appreciation...
