My experience with Nassau Candy has been outstanding, largely thanks to Gia in their New York office. From start to finish, she provided excellent customer service. As a new customer with no prior history, I was impressed by the competitive pricing and the sheer size of their candy selection—over 20,000 SKUs to choose from. When I had an urgent issue, Gia went above and beyond by rushing my first order overnight so I could pick it up the very next day. She truly saved the day when I was under pressure, helping me resolve a critical problem. Nassau Candy and Gia exceeded my expectations in every way—great pricing, massive selection, and exceptional service.

Just learned that in addition to a minimum order value to be attained when placing an order, Nassau doesn't manage back-orders and ship when available. Really bad policy to employ a minimum order and then not manage back orders to fulfill orders 100%. Just started with Nassau and now have to find a new vendor....high price and poor customer service is not appealing.

Unfortunately I'm not able to give less than 1 star so... I stick with it. I had the worse experience ever. I've ordered over $2000 and they sent me a fourth of the order. Only after a month I found out that I had to make the order again if I wanted the rest of my primary order. I did it again, the candies where on stock on the website but... they never sent them to me. I then called and they sent me a list, live while I was at the phone, of the items they had on stock. I've ordered through the list and I've received the order email and also 2 emails about my order has being shipped. Never received and when I called to ask information about it the people at the phone where clueless and very disrespectful. I understand that today the world is living a crazy moment but they should just communicate with their customers what they have and what they don't have.

I will never recommend this company to anybody.
They took 3 weeks to approve my resale certificate and I opened a candy store waiting for their candies that never arrived. If I knew before I would show somewhere else, which is what I suggest to everyone!!

I have been trying for over two months to order products from them. I own a restauntaurant/ice cream store. I signed up but account still says pending review. I call and told my sales rep will contact me, but never does. I guess they don’t need any new customers.

Iv signed up to become a customer almost 3 weeks ago, Iv called multiple times to speak with someone in sales. Iv been told each time someone will call me. Still no call. I do not recommend this company by any means.

Tight dock. Cars parked all in the way. Was treated like some sort of criminal delivering here. They also unload at a snails pace and charge a lumper fee even though they have no lumpers. Driver beware.
