Considers their utility bill a disconnect notice which is murky under Arkansas law borderline straight up against it.
If you forget to pay, they will not send notice as required by law, they won't be neighbourly and give you a call or leave a note. They just shut you off. Reconnect is $45 which in a town that's barely a pinhead on the map is straight up robbery, poor tax.
No idea where the money goes because the water quality is awful.
Have awful web interface for payment. Their old system was equally terrible, then they switched to another one, then another one again within a couple of months. Half the bills didn't transfer over correctly. Then, for about a year, Everytime I would log in it would show me the water bill of someone living across town until I logged out and back in again at which point my water bill would show up.
Highest rates I've paid of anywhere I've lived
The water usually either tastes of chlorine or sewage and not much in between. Doesn't get a whole lot better after filtering.

It's a small town, do better.

Customer service is TERRIBLE idk who they have working there but she either needs to be trained better on customer service or fired
