Steer clear of this dealership! Literally!!! I had a corrosion on my 2021 Ram 2500 hood. I will not mention names yet (I'll update later) but he (service advisor) said they would cover it. DUH! It's a 2021, should never rust with such a new vehicle. Anyway, He stated "that it would take 1 or 2 days for the hood to come in then 3 days for the replacement (including prep and painting). The hood didn't come in for a week. It has now been 2 weeks and I still don't have my truck. BTW, he also stated they don't provide loaner vehicles or rideshare services. It's now been going on 3 weeks, still no vehicle. A week ago, He stated that the truck was done and I could come and pick it up. When I got there and inspected the hood, I couldn't believe my eyes. There were scratches and swirl marks all over the hood. plus some actual defects in the paint. I could have done a better job with a spray can. Obviously I didn't accept it. Long story short, this place is a nightmare for service. Another thing, when I escalated to the service manager, I discovered that they DO provide loaners so the service advisor outright lied. Still no truck and no loaner. Did I mention it's now going on 3 weeks!!! Management needs to send everyone back to customer service training. But I doubt they will.

I appreciate Rohan for all he’s done for me during my whole process on getting my 2019 BMW 540, made it a great experience as well as got me to exactly where I wanted be at budget wise. Only sales person I’d 100% recommend to another passing by customer looking to get into their next vehicle, I was very impatient with the inspection process but it all worked out in the end. Chrysler/Jeep and Napelton are refusing to do the right thing when it comes to my jeep. They are refusing to cover the corrosion that has happened on all hinges and my hood, knowing that it was a manufacturing issue and was documented Under my warranty. Chrysler/Jeep claims I should pay 40% when that is ridiculous. It should be covered completely under the warranty. Napelton also has the ability to wipe out and take care of it and are refusing to help…. This is just the cliff notes version of what I have gone through! They need to do the right thing unfortunately if they don’t, I would not recommend these companies for your vehicle or dealership!

Buying our new Rubicon was so easy and enjoyable. Our team helping us couldn't have been nicer, smarter or knowledgeable. Luke was in sales and Andrea for finance.
