This is by far the worst shop to take a vehicle to. I did an alignment on my vehicle never tightened the tires back I asked them to do an inspection on the vehicle of ball joints tie rod ends and wheel bearings they did none of that and now my car almost broke down alongside the road and leaving me stranded. I highly do not recommend to go to this Napa for any form of repair.

Just called up to NAPA to see if they were finished repairing my vehicle. One of the employees (David) answered and told the other guy that d*$khead is on the phone.

This will be the last time I ever take my vehicle in for a repair or to buy parts as long as this man works there.

I took my 98 Ford Explorer into the NAPA shop at 17542 Highway 431, Wedowee, AL 36278 for work on the hvac system. My complaint was that I had full heat on all settings except max ac. They claimed to have repaired the vehicle and replaced parts. What they actually did was cut the vacuum line for the heater control valve and connect the heater control valve directly to the main vacuum line coming off the intake. This would close the heater control valve. I would have no heat regardless of what setting I chose. I want my money refunded ($455.00).
