So far, so good. I'm currently awaiting the processing of the IgG/IgE Mycotoxin test. Dr. Campbell, as well as customer support, has been absolutely FANTASTIC.

Dr. Campbell even took the time to email me with a question on a delay due to the US Postal Mail and the serum viability etc. He's super busy and to take the time to reach out was greatly appreciated!

I'll update more later... kudos to all the customer support!

Dr. Campbell was very generous with his time in going over my test results and the lab does a great job with patient education so you understand the significance of what your test results are and how to take the next steps. Certainly among the best testing experiences I've had and makes me hopeful that we're on the path to personalized medicine rather than cookie cutter approaches that don't work in the existing sickcare system. Very thankful for the expertise and customer service.

Waste of time and money!! Results take weeks and they do not treat you or inform you!! You are lucky to get referred to another doctor WEEKS LATER where you have to start the process all over again in order to get treated. They sent some papers and some youtube videos. NOTHING happened in a timely manner so for those with this chronic illness you will find yourself just more frustrated. Dr Campbell did not follow up as promised I was put off on someone else. 0/10

I ordered. I paid. Was told via email I have results. Yet I cannot access the results anywhere. I’ve tried calling for assistance and no one calls me back. The website is archaic and impossible to navigate.
I’ll update this review if anyone ever calls me back but it’s been weeks so far so I don’t have much hope. Pretty sure I just 350 bucks …

Our functional medicine practice recently expanded to start testing and treating patients for mold. We used the test kits from MyMycoLab, which were very simple to use, and results came quickly! Dr. Campbell took the time to meet with myself and our other functional medicine doctor via Zoom to review our first two mold tests. He was so knowledgeable and provided great resources for us!
