Every single time that a refill needs to be process is an error after the other. They sent the wri gs sensors, wrong amount, the do not receive the prescription, whey they do, they do not process the order until you call. After the call I had to call twice amd receive my order short. I order 90 days supplies and the delivered only for 30 days and told me that the two remaining boxes were sent and as of today, nothing is mailed due to a back order

Having used this company for several years for my Mom, I have seen some positive changes. Customer service provided by the office staff is very good. Our calls are handled timely and professionally. I have to give a BIG shout out to Conrad though. He is extremely personable and helpful in every way. Delivers my Mom's oxygen timely and goes above and beyond to help us out. He always asks for my Mom by name and that is very much appreciated. I'm very happy that Conrad is on our case!

I’ve been using the company for a few years and have also been impressed with their customer service. In the past few months everything has changed and you can’t even speak with anyone in the villages office it’s all over seas and they don’t do anything to help. They have screwed up my order, stopped my auto refills and I am now having to wait 7-10 business days for my order to even process even after explaining that they screwed up my original order and I needed my diabetes supplies asap. I’m taking my business elsewhere! Do not use this company!

They used to be dependable with great customer service until this last year. Now when I call, I get a call Center overseas, always with a bad connection, and it’s extremely hard to understand the rep on the other end. I am currently out of supplies because they don’t fill the orders on a timely basis and they don’t return phone calls. Yesterday I tried again, even though I hate nothing more than calling their customer service line. After a lot of miscommunication, the rep seemed to understand, she said she would escalate and call me right back. Of course that never happened and I still am out of supplies. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Living with diabetes, it is a necessity that I have my medical supplies with me at all times and have back-ups for any emergencies. Since my insurance policy has changed, I now receive my DME supplies through My DME Doc. Since the very beginning, I've had nothing but issues with this company. I do not receive any notifications/reminders that my refill is due and do not even get a call/notification that I am passed due for a refill.
I called today at 10am to place the order for my supplies, since I am down to my last one. When I spoke to the representative this morning, she had informed me that I would be receiving a call from the "correct department" in regards to placing my order. I was a bit confused since I had never had to wait for a callback from My DME Doc to place an order. So I waited and waited, till 3pm came around and still no call. So I called again & spoke with another representative by the name of Sofia. Sofia had informed me that she will have this escalated to a higher up and that I will receive a call before end of day. Mind you, their office says they close at 6pm. Do you think I ever received that call? No. I am extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and lack of communication within the company. I should not have to be chasing down the ones who are responsible for my medical needs. This will be the last time I get supplies from this company and will not recommend them for anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
It has been 4 weeks since I have started the process to try and get my essential supplies for my health condition. I have left 4 voicemails with no call back. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have confirmed with fax receipt and duplicate emails ensuring that they have the necessary materials to provide me my supplies. If I wasn’t forced to use this company by my insurance I would go anywhere else. This company treats my life and death critical medical supplies like it is nonessential and unimportant. What do I have to do to get my supplies?
