Unfortunately this company sells their product that have quality control issues to auction factory to resell at auction as new items. Everything I purchased has the issues pertaining to the reasons why they discontinued the Frystar brand. I feel when items have potential issues, they should not be sold to the public. The fryer I purchased new in crate have rust, grease on all parts, cast iron tube issues, thermal issues that cause flames to combust in unit, thermostat problems and fan motor issues. These reasons are why 100s of items are being sent to auction. This is very dangerous and sounds like bad faith to not destroy all products from the Brazil factory that they have a lawsuit with for major quality product control problems. I’ve been strung along for a month to get some sort of real help
On this situation. Now this is the only way I can make it known that this company will sell defective products that don’t meet quality standards!

Bought a new Sierra Griddle new in a crate and MVP Group packaged the wrong legs in the crate and the threads were the wrong size. I emailed and talked to different levels of management from parts to sales and they would not replace with the correct legs. They offered to sell me some for $80.00 plus shipping and tax. I can't give a honest opinion on the Sierra 36 inch griddle because I can not use it till I get the legs. If your looking to buy restaurant equipment I would strongly suggest you do not buy any product line MVP GROUP their office is out of Fort Lauderdale Fl. They will not back there Product and I was really stressed out over the constant calls and emails I sent to solve this simple problem!! The good part for me was that I am a homeowner who bought it for my outdoor kitchen for my personal home. I cannot imagine if I bought this for my food truck or restaurant that depended greatly on customer service in a urgent breakdown and you could not prepare the food for sale. It would cost you thousands of $$$$ in loss of income!

I bought two Sierra brand convection ovens from Katom.com and the ovens started giving me problems after three months. The MVP company has a very poor warranty, do not buy from any brand related to them. The warranty is over and the oven still has problems. You have to call them many times for them to send you a technician. They are all liars. At MVP in technical service they do not know that the oven is used daily in bakeries.

Worst company I have had to deal with. I called many departments to no one answering, if they did answer they would transfer me to someone else that would not answer. Left multiple voicemail that were never returned. All I needed was a switch be replaced and it took them 3 months to do it under warranty. Do not shop with this company under any circumstance.

I agree with all the negative reviews about this company. I am a contractor and I've been waiting 4 months for invoice payments I was promised. I have contacted them every week with no results.

With global equipment delays, MVP still maintains the best customer service! They also stand behind their warranty and keep in communication when there are unexpected delays or issues, which are few and far in between. Fantastic company!

Worst Service! We got Dough Mixer for our Restaurant and it went bad in months. Its been 4 months they never shipped the parts. We are filing a Law suite on warranty for this item.

Does not recommend this product and company at all!
